🌱 Sprout — Terms of Service

By adding or using the Sprout Discord bot ("Sprout", "we", "us", "the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server and discontinue use.

1. Description of Service

Sprout is a farming-simulator game bot for Discord. It allows users to plant and harvest crops, collect and upgrade tools, manage an in-game economy, and participate in a shared game world within a Discord server.

2. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service to use Sprout. Users who have been banned or suspended from Discord are not permitted to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics to gain an unfair advantage
• Use automation, macros, or scripts to interact with the bot in place of human input
• Attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the bot or its database
• Harass other players or use the bot in a manner that violates Discord's Community Guidelines
• Sell, trade, or transfer in-game items or currency for real-world money outside of any official system we may provide

Violations may result in your account being reset or permanently banned from the Service without notice.

4. In-Game Economy

All in-game items, currency, and progress exist solely within Sprout and have no real-world monetary value. We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or remove any in-game content at any time, including as part of balance updates or to address exploits.

5. No Guarantee of Availability

Sprout is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or any other reason at any time without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sprout and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including loss of in-game progress or data.

7. Privacy

Your use of Sprout is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we use it.

8. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Sprout after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Sprout at our discretion, particularly in cases of abuse or violations of these Terms. You may stop using Sprout at any time; if you would like your data deleted, see the Privacy Policy for instructions.
